The position of the lower lubrication port on the rear suspension cylinder has been rotated 180 degrees. The elbow that connects the suspension cylinder to the hose assembly in the lubrication lines group now points toward the front of the machine. The new hose assemblies are longer than the former hose assemblies. The new length of the hose assemblies allows for new routings to connect to the elbow.
On the 777F, the new 283-0833 Hose As supersedes the former 274-1563 Hose As. The new 309-7652 Hose As supersedes the former 276-8825 Hose As. Both new hose assemblies are in the 306-7718 Lubrication Lines Gp that is part of the 273-1141 Automatic Lubrication Gp (If Equipped).
On the 777F, the new 296-0659 Hose As supersedes the former 282-7903 Hose As in the 306-9422 Lubrication Lines Gp. The 306-9422 Lubrication Lines Gp is part of the 237-4151 Central Lubrication Lines Gp (If Equipped).
The three new hose assemblies are adaptable to machines JRP1-2880, JXP1-199, and WTK1-117.
The three new hose assemblies became effective in production with the machines JRP2881-UP, JXP200-UP, and WTK118-UP.

A typical view of a rear suspension cylinder |
The three new hose assemblies are not direct replacements for the former parts in the field. In order to install the three new hoses assemblies, rotate both rear suspension cylinder assemblies. Rotate the cylinder assemblies (1) so that the grease elbows (4) point toward the front of the machine.
Use the following steps to install the new hoses.
- Purge the rear suspension cylinders (1) of the nitrogen and hydraulic oil. For the proper procedure, refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Rear Suspension (Cylinder) - Purge and Charge" for your machine.
- Remove the former grease line (2) from both rear suspension cylinders on the machine.
- Remove the lower pin (3) from each rear suspension cylinder.
- Rotate the rear suspension cylinder assembly so that the grease elbow (4) points toward the front of the machine.
- Install the lower pins (3) into both rear suspension cylinders.
- Install the new grease lines.
On the 773F and 775F machines, replace the two 286-4491 Hose As with two 282-4190 Hose As. The two 286-4491 Hose As are in the 286-5607 Lubrication Distribution Valve Gp and the 286-5606 Lubrication Distribution Valve Gp that are a part of the 277-8854 Automatic Lubrication Gp and the 247-7075 Central Lubrication Lines Gp .
The 282-4190 Hose As is adaptable to EED1-UP, EXD1-UP, DLS1-UP, and EYG1-UP with the lower lubrication port for the rear suspension rotated 180 degrees pointing to the front of the machine.
- Install the 176-0245 Film (5), the 279-2269 Film (6), and the 279-2271 Film (7) to both rear suspension cylinders.
