ECPC 阀(变矩器锁定离合器)

变矩器锁定离合器 (1) 的 ECPC 阀安装在变矩器壳体的后部。

ECPC 阀是底盘电子控制模块(ECM)的输出设备。 变矩器锁定离合器 ECPC 阀是比例电磁阀。 ECPC 阀由底盘 ECM 用于直接调节输送至变矩器锁定离合器的机油压力。 当操作员选择方向或转速时,底盘 ECM 向离合器电磁阀发送脉宽调制(PWM)信号。 电磁阀柱塞(阀)的行程距离和电磁阀的电流成比例。 电磁阀柱塞(阀)的位置控制选定离合器的油压。 由输送至 ECPC 阀的电流量调节供应至选定离合器的油压大小。 当底盘 ECM 向 ECPC 阀输送最大电流时,离合器中的油压最大。 没有电流输送至 ECPC 阀时,离合器中的油压最小。

ECPC 阀有一个带两个触点的接头。 一个触点接收来自底盘 ECM 的相应接头触点的电源。 其它所有 ECPC 阀的触点都连接在一起。 触点将电源返回至底盘 ECM 的接头触点。

注: 电磁阀线圈不能直接以 24 DCV 运行。 底盘 ECM 在提供 12 V 平均电压的工作负载循环中向电磁阀线圈发送一个 24 V PWM 信号。 请勿使用 24 DCV(蓄电池正极)接合电磁阀。 如果电磁阀线圈使用 24 DCV(蓄电池正极)接合,则将严重减少电磁阀线圈的寿命。 如果电磁阀线圈必须通过不同于底盘 ECM 的电源接合,则使用 12 DCV 接合电磁阀。
