(4) Align timing marks on camshaft idler gear (1) with holes on camshaft and crankshaft gears (2 and 5).
(5) Crankshaft gear.
(6) Oil pump drive gear.
(7) Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock to the threads of the oil pump idler gear bolt and tighten to a torque of ... 70 ± 15 N·m (50 ± 11 lb ft)
(8) Oil pump idler gear.
Distance between rear face of bearing in gear bore and rear face of gear (dimension B) ... 0.75 ± 0.25 mm (.030 ± .010 in)
Diameter of shaft (new) ... 28.644 ± 0.013 mm (1.1277 ± .0005 in)
