Connecting Multiple CMS Displays
Usage:
The user can connect up to five CMS displays per engine for multiple station installation. The CMS for each station can be connected as shown in the illustration above.
For additional stations the user needs to connect the Data Link + and Data Link -.
The preferred way of making the connections is through a terminal strip.
Use twisted pair of 16 gage wires, approximately three twists per 25.4 mm (1 in), to connect Data Link + and Data Link -.
NOTE: The length of the wires should NOT be more than 40 m (130 ft).
NOTE: The user can use twisted shielded wire, approximately three twists per 25.4 mm (1 in), to connect Data Link + and Data Link -, but connect only ONE end of the shield to (-) Battery.
