Brake Control Valve (Service) - Adjust

- 停止发动机。
- 将一个 10000 kPa (1450 psi) 压力表连接至测压口 (1) 。
- 起动发动机。
注: 调节制动器压力期间，停车制动器必须处于 OFF（断开）位置。
- 将发动机转速刻度盘置于高怠速位置。
注: 有关发动机转速设定，请参阅测试和调整, "发动机性能 - 测试（发动机转速）"。
- 完全踩下制动踏板，直到制动踏板机械式锁定。
- 检查测压口 (1) 处的制动压力。 有关正确的制动压力，请参阅本手册中的测试和调整, "技术规格"。
- 如果制动压力不符合技术规格，松开锁紧螺母 (3) 并转动连杆调节器 (2) ，直到达到正确的压力。
注: 如果制动踏板松开，连杆的调整将更为方便。
- 释放行车制动器。 熄火发动机并断开 10000 kPa (1450 psi) 压力表。
- 将一个 8T-0853 压力表 400 kPa (58 psi) 连接至测压口 (4) 。
- 起动发动机，但不要踩下制动踏板。 压力不应超过 20 kPa (2.9 psi)。
- 如果制动剩余压力超过 20 kPa (2.9 psi)，必须降下止动螺钉，以降低制动压力。 止动螺钉位于制动踏板的底部背面。
- 如果需要调整剩余制动压力，重复步骤 5 至 7，以确保正确调整制动压力。
- 将压力表连接至测压口 (1) ，以便重复步骤 1 至 12。
