Brake Control Valve (Service) - Adjust

Usage:

(1) 测压口(制动压力)

  1. 停止发动机。

  1. 将一个 10000 kPa (1450 psi) 压力表连接至测压口 (1) 。

  1. 起动发动机。

    注: 调节制动器压力期间,停车制动器必须处于 OFF(断开)位置。

  1. 将发动机转速刻度盘置于高怠速位置。

    注: 有关发动机转速设定,请参阅测试和调整, "发动机性能 - 测试(发动机转速)"。

  1. 完全踩下制动踏板,直到制动踏板机械式锁定。

  1. 检查测压口 (1) 处的制动压力。 有关正确的制动压力,请参阅本手册中的测试和调整, "技术规格"。

  1. 如果制动压力不符合技术规格,松开锁紧螺母 (3) 并转动连杆调节器 (2) ,直到达到正确的压力。

    注: 如果制动踏板松开,连杆的调整将更为方便。

  1. 释放行车制动器。 熄火发动机并断开 10000 kPa (1450 psi) 压力表。

  1. 将一个 8T-0853 压力表 400 kPa (58 psi) 连接至测压口 (4) 。

  1. 起动发动机,但不要踩下制动踏板。 压力不应超过 20 kPa (2.9 psi)。

  1. 如果制动剩余压力超过 20 kPa (2.9 psi),必须降下止动螺钉,以降低制动压力。 止动螺钉位于制动踏板的底部背面。

  1. 如果需要调整剩余制动压力,重复步骤 5 至 7,以确保正确调整制动压力。

  1. 将压力表连接至测压口 (1) ,以便重复步骤 1 至 12。
