机器上的铰接功能需要两个铰接角度传感器信号才能正常工作。 两个单独传感器或双输出传感器将向机具 ECM 和变速箱/底盘 ECM 提供 PWM 输入信号。

此诊断代码与 J2-41 处与每个 ECM 相连的机器铰接角度 1 号传感器信号有关。 当 ECM 检测到机器铰接角度传感器 1 的信号超出标定范围就会记录此诊断代码。 机具 ECM 和变速箱 / 底盘 ECM 可以激活此诊断代码。

传感器是 PWM 传感器,其工作频率约为 500 hertz。 当机器位于空档位置时,ECM 的传感器工作负载循环输入约为 55%。 当将机器铰接到最左侧位置时,占空比大约为 83%。 当将机器铰接到最右侧位置时,占空比大约为 37%。

注: ECM 传感器电源向传感器关供电。 传感器没有直接连接到机架接地。 传感器连接在 ECM 回路电路上。 ECM 从内部将回路线连接至机架接地。 为了排除该诊断代码,标定传感器。
