Hydraulic Tank and Filter - Install

Installation Procedure

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device onto hydraulic tank and filter (9). The weight of hydraulic tank (9) is approximately 168 kg (370 lb).

  1. Position Hydraulic tank and filter (9) .

  1. Install bolt (10) .

  1. Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side.

  1. Position manifold (8). Install bolts (7) .

  1. Install bolts (6). Connect harness assemblies (5). Install cable strap (4).

  1. Position manifold (1). Install bolts (3) .

  1. Connect hose assembly (2) .

  1. Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic Oil - Change".

End By: Install the hood and the dust ejector. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood and dust ejector - Remove and Install".
