Start By:

a. remove turbocharger

1. Remove bolts (1) and remove manifold (2) with gasket.

NOTE: The following step is for the installation of the exhaust manifold.

NOTE: Apply 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of bolts (1).

2. Position gasket and manifold (2). Install all manifold bolts (1) finger tight, then tighten evenly to a torque of 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb.ft.).
