PROBLEM
Certian C9 Petroleum Engines were built with 329-3713, 329-3714, 329-3715, and 318-6613 Turbochargers may have been assembled inappropriately with 3 piece turbine 120-2243 Clamp Plates. These engines should have 2 piece 3317528/">331-7528 Clamp Plates as the 3 piece clamp plates may create hot spots on the turbo that could be possible ignition sources. These hotspots may, in conjunction with other factors or circumstances, result in a risk of personal injury or death. |
