建议的措施

冷却液温度高

高冷却液温度将提高进气歧管空气温度。

确认冷却系统已加注到正确液位。 如果冷却液液位过低,空气就会进入冷却系统中。 冷却系统混入空气会造成冷却液流降低。

检查冷却风扇的运转。 风扇如果没有以正确的转速运转可能造成流过后冷器芯的空气速度不当。 后冷器芯缺乏适当气流流过,可造成进气无法冷却至正常温度。

检查冷却系统中有无空气。 空气可以通过不同渠道进入冷却系统。 冷却系统中有空气的最常见的起因是没有正确加注冷却系统和燃烧气体漏进冷却系统。 燃烧气体可能通过内部裂纹、损坏的缸盖或缸盖衬垫进入冷却系统。

环境空气温度高

确定环境空气温度是否在冷却系统设计的技术规格内。 环境温度对于冷却系统的冷却能力来说过高时,在环境空气与冷却液温度之间就没有足够的温差。

进气阻力

检查进气系统中有无阻塞。 发动机的进气受阻会导致气缸温度过高。 气缸温度高会导致冷却系统温度高于正常值。 冷却液温度必须在正确的范围内才能冷却进气。

排气阻力

检查排气系统有无阻力。 发动机的排气受阻会导致气缸温度高。

海拔高度

应考虑高海拔运转。 高海拔运转时会降低冷却系统的冷却能力。 必须使用一个足够大的加压冷却系统以防冷却液沸腾。 确保发动机的设置适合于海拔高度。

发动机过载

发动机可能会在拖动工况下运转。 施加到发动机上的负载过大时,发动机就会在拖动工况下运转。 发动机在拖动工况下运转时,发动机转速不随油量的增加而提高。 这一相对较低的发动机转速同时也造成流经冷却系统的冷却液流量的降低。
