A new radiator fill door is being used on the machines that are listed above. A new radiator fill door plate will need to be fabricated in order to replace the old radiator fill door plate and hinge assembly. Reference the instructions that are listed below for the rework procedure.

1. Remove the existing radiator fill door and hinge assembly.

2. Fabricate the new radiator fill door from 10 mm (0.40 inch) mild steel by referencing the dimensions that are shown in Illustration 2.

3. Drill two 13.8 mm (0.54 inch) holes (T) in the top plate of the radiator guard. Reference the dimensions in Illustration 3.

4. Install the new fabricated radiator fill door plate with two 6V-5843 Bolts, four 8T-4121 Hard Washers, and two 2Y-5829 Nuts .
