Rework Procedure

  1. Park the machine on level ground and engage the parking brake. Lower the boom until the coupler is at rest on the ground.

  1. Inspect the harness, the connectors and the sensor for signs of damage. Damage to any of these components will possibly cause the unit to malfunction. If the longitudinal stability indicator is malfunctioning and damage is evident to any of these components, replace the components before continuing with this procedure.

  1. For the TH220B, TH330B, TH340B, TH350B, TH355B, TH360B, TH460B, and TH560B, weld the link to the inside of plate on the chassis side. Refer to Illustration 3.

Note: The weld should be 15.0 mm (0.59 inch) from the edge of the plate or any other weld.

    (5) 3S-2093 Cable Strap

  1. Use the 3S-2093 Cable Strap (5) in order to attach the harness to the 7T-1099 Link (4). Refer to Illustration 5.

Note: Adjust the harness in order to avoid any trap points. Adjust the harness in order to allow full oscillation of the axle.

Note: If your machine is equipped with frame level, tilt the machine completely to the right. Check that the harness has enough slack. The harness must not tighten.
