Installation Procedure

1. Install flexible mounting (63). Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to engine (61). Install engine (61), the clutch assembly, and the piston pumps as a unit in the machine. The weight of engine (61), the clutch assembly, and the piston pumps is approximately2227 kg (4910 lb). Install bolts (62) .

2. Install hydraulic cylinder (58). Install pin (59) and pin (60) in both ends of hydraulic cylinder (58) .

3. Connect hose assemblies (57) to hydraulic cylinder (58) .

4. Install drive shaft assembly (52) .

5. Install hydraulic cylinder (56) and clamp (55) .

6. Install pin (52) and pin (53) in both ends of hydraulic cylinder (56) .

7. Connect hose assemblies (54) to hydraulic cylinder (56) .

8. Reposition harness assembly (43) and install clamp (50) .

9. Connect harness assembly (49) .

10. Connect hose assemblies (47) to piston pump (48) .

11. Install bracket (46) and the bolts to piston pump (44) .

12. Connect hose assemblies (45) to piston pump (44) .

22. Reposition harness assembly (19) and connect harness assembly (19). Install the cable straps.

23. Reposition cable assembly (7) and install clamp (18) .

25. Reposition harness assembly (10) and cable assembly (7). Install clamp (16) and clamp (15) .

26. Install clamp (14) on harness assembly (10), cable assembly (8), and cable assembly (7) .

30. Connect hose (4) and tighten clamp (5). Install bolt (3) .

31. Connect hose assemblies (2) to fuel filter assembly (1) .

End By:

1. Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove and Install".
2. Install the coolant tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Coolant Tank - Remove and Install".
3. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
