- 将动臂降下至水平位置。 把吊钩降到地面上。
- 从吊钩绞盘的提升筒上卸下钢绳。
参考如有必要，请参阅本手册"绞盘钢绳 - 拆卸和安装"中的信息，以便从绞盘筒上安全地卸下钢绳。
注: 从提升筒上卸下钢绳之前，绞盘筒的提升力必须均衡。
- 从提升筒上断开钢绳的固定器。
- 从滑轮组上卸下钢绳。
- 从滑阀上展开新的钢绳。

- 将钢绳的金属环安装在提升筒上。
注: 在钢绳两端焊接，以避免钢绳磨损。
- 将一半的钢绳均匀地缠绕在提升筒上。

- 将绞盘筒上的吊钩负载绳 (9) 安装在滑轮组上。 将钢绳放在上滑轮 (1) 上，下滑轮 (4) 下，上滑轮 (2) 上，下滑轮 (5) 下，上滑轮 (3) 上，下滑轮 (6) 下。

- 将钢绳插入凹口，缠在楔块 (7) 上。
注: 吊钩负载绳应从朝向机器前面的上滑轮 (1) 上穿过。 将钢绳朝向机器后部固定。
- 将钢绳端穿过卡箍 (8) 。 将固定螺钉拧入卡箍中，拧紧至扭矩 45 ± 7 N·m (33 ± 5 lb ft)。
- 将吊钩操纵杆移到提升（缓慢）位置。 将操纵杆保持在此位置，直到钢绳收紧。 将下滑轮组抬离地面，然后抬高动臂。
