The push rod cup diameter on certain C175-16 commercial engines may have been manufactured to the incorrect dimensions. The existing push rods may fail if the rocker arm adjusting screw is not properly seated in the bottom of the push rod cup. A failure could result in a broken push rod, significant resultant damage, and considerable downtime. The push rods needs to be inspected on engines with service hours between 50 and 500 hours |
