测试步骤 1. 检查发动机润滑系统

  1. 检查发动机机油油位。 如果机油油位低于机油泵供油管,则机油泵将不能向发动机各部件提供足够的润滑。 如果发动机机油油位低,则应添加发动机机油,以获得正确的发动机机油油位。

  1. 检查发动机机油泵是否出现下述问题:

    1. 如果机油泵供油一侧发生漏气,也会导致气穴的形成和机油压力的降低。 检查机油泵供油一侧并进行必要的修理。

    1. 机油泵齿轮如果严重磨损,会使机油压力下降。 修理发动机机油泵。

    1. 如果发动机配备回油泵,则回油泵可能没有向发动机主机油泵供油。

  1. 发动机机油泵吸油管的进油滤网可能会有阻塞。 此阻塞会导致气穴的形成和机油压力的降低。 检查吸油管的进油滤网,清除所有可能阻挡发动机机油流动的物质。 发动机机油压力低也可能是由于吸油管吸入空气导致的。 检查吸油管的接缝有无裂纹,O 型密封圈是否损坏。

  1. 如果发动机机油旁通阀保持在开启位置,则会造成机油压力下降。 这可能是因为发动机机油中的碎屑造成的。 如果发动机机油旁通阀卡在开启位置,则应拆下并清洁各个发动机机油压力旁通阀以解决此问题。 同时必须清洁每一个旁通阀的座孔。

  1. 如果发动机机油受到燃油或冷却液污染,则会导致发动机机油压力低。 曲轴箱内发动机机油油位高可能说明机油受到污染。

  1. 发动机轴承间隙过大会导致发动机机油压力低。 检查发动机部件的轴承间隙是否过大。

  1. 机油管开启、破裂或断开都会导致发动机机油压力低。

预期结果:

发动机润滑系统的检查指示有故障。

结果:

  • 正常 - 发动机润滑系统有故障。

    修复: 修理故障。 确保修理后故障排除。
