- 安装雨刮马达组件并将雨刮马达组件支撑在驾驶室内。 安装密封垫和板 (11) 。

- 安装螺栓 (10) 和固定螺母 (12) 。 固定螺母 (12) 的扭矩为 19 ± 1 N·m (14 ± 1 lb ft)。
- 安装盖 (9) 。

- 将雨刮臂组件 (7) 安置在锥形轴上，使其与垂直中心线成 90 ± 1 度。 请参阅图4。

- 安装防松垫圈和螺母 (8) 。 螺母 (8) 的扭矩为 23 ± 1 N·m (17 ± 1 lb ft)。
注: 至少等待 30 分钟。 然后，将螺母 (8) 再次拧紧至上述扭矩。 不要等待超过四个小时。
- 安装螺栓 (5) 。
- 连接软管 (6) 至接头上。 确保您将软管安装至尺寸 (A) ，如图所示。 尺寸 (A) 应该为 1.0 ± 1.0 mm (0.04 ± 0.04 in)。
注: 不要在软管末端使用石油润滑剂。 不要拉伸连接点之间的软管。
- 将线束组件 (4) 连接到 雨刮马达组件 (3) 上。
