Radiator Core - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the top tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Top Tank - Remove and Install".
- Remove bolts (1) and washers. Remove radiator core (2) .

Installation Procedure

| B | 207-1601 | Rubber Lubricant | 1 |
- Apply Tooling (A) to the top of the bottom tank. Install the seal for the bottom tank. Lubricate the inner diameter of the seal for the bottom tank with Tooling (B) .
- Install radiator core (2). Install bolts (1) and washers.
