Service and Parking Brake - Remove

Usage:

TH210 CEC

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the axle from the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Axle (Fixed) - Remove".

  2. Remove the final drives. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive Planetary - Remove".

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device onto axle housing (2). Put alignment marks on axle housing (2) and flanges (4). Remove bolts (1) and nut (3). The weight of axle housing (2) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove axle housing (2).
