  1. 如果还未检查燃油中有无空气,请进行此步骤。 请参阅测试与调整, "燃油中的空气 - 测试"。

    有电击危险。电子单体泵系统使用90-120伏电压。


  1. 拆下气门室盖,查看有无断裂的零件。 修理或更换所以发现的断裂的零件。 检查电磁阀的所有线路。 查看接头有无松动。 还要查看电线有无磨损或折断。 确保单体喷油器电磁阀的接头连接得当。 对每一根电线进行拉拔测试。

  1. 查看有无燃油泄漏的迹象。 查明燃油泄漏的根源。 修理燃油渗漏的原因。

  1. 检查疑有问题的单体喷油器所在气缸的气门间隙调定值。 请参阅测试与调整, "发动机气门间隙 - 检查/调整"。

  1. 确保固定单体喷油器的螺栓被拧紧到正确的扭矩。 松开固定单体喷油器的螺栓,以检查扭矩。 用适当的扭矩拧紧螺栓。 请参阅任一拆解与组装手册, "单体喷油器 - 安装"。

  1. 拆下疑有问题的单体喷油器,检查单体喷油器有无暴露于冷却液中的迹象。 暴露于冷却液中将会引起喷油器产生锈蚀。 如果单体喷油器显示暴露于冷却液中的迹象,拆下喷油器接合套,检查喷油器接合套。 如果喷油器接合套损坏,更换喷油器接合套。 请参阅拆解与组装手册, "单体喷油器接合套 - 安装"。 检查单体喷油器有无过度的褐色变色一直延伸到超出喷油器尖端。 如果发现过度的变色,检查燃油的质量。 请参阅测试与调整, "燃油质量 - 测试"。 更换喷油器上的密封,重新安装喷油器。 请参阅拆解与组装手册, "单体喷油器 - 安装"。 检查喷油器有无高于喷油器底座表面的积碳。 积碳表明燃烧漏气。 应找到并修理漏气源。 如果燃烧漏气就是故障原因的话,则不用更换喷油器。

  1. 如果故障还是为得到解决,用新喷油器更换疑有问题的喷油器。 进行断缸测试,以核实新喷油器正常工作。 使用卡特彼勒电子技师 (ET)。
