- 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承 (11) 装入泵体中。 轴承接头应距两个轴承孔中心线 30 ± 15 度。 安装套筒轴承，使套筒轴承与泵体的外侧齐平。
- 最终组装前，检查机油泵所有零件的状态和技术规格。 请参阅技术规格, "机油泵"。
- 使用清洁的发动机机油润滑惰齿轮和驱动齿轮。 使用清洁的发动机机油润滑套筒轴承 (11) 。 将惰齿轮 (5) 和驱动齿轮 (4) 安装到泵体 (3) 中。

弹簧压缩零件如果安装不当，会伤害人体。 为避免伤害，遵照出版的装配程序，并穿上保护装备。 |
- 安装盖 (10) 。 通过安装螺栓 (12) 将盖固定到泵体上。
注: 在组装后发动机机油泵必须能转动自如。 用手转动发动机机油泵。 如果发动机机油泵不能转动自如，重新安置盖 (10) 。
- 安装安全阀柱塞 (7) 、弹簧 (8) 、护圈 (9) 和螺栓 (6) 。
- 将键安装在轴上。
- 将驱动齿轮 (1) 安装到机油泵 (2) 的轴上。 安装螺栓 (13) 。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft)。
