开始时,卸荷阀 (9) 阻止泵油流到先导回路。 油流经单向阀 (11) 和梭阀 (12) 在卸荷阀周围流转,然后流到蓄能器。

制动器和先导泵供油压力 (8) 增加时,接入滑阀 (6) 和切断滑阀 (5) 顶住弹簧力向右移。 蓄能器达到切断压力时,接入滑阀 (6) 和切断滑阀 (5) 向右移动足够远,使接入滑阀 (5) 中的内部油道向油箱 (3) 打开。 这样使接入滑阀 (5) 和卸荷阀 (9) 的弹簧室中的高压油可以流到油箱 (3) 。

接入滑阀 (6) 的直径比切断滑阀 (5) 大 10%。 直径差异使接入滑阀 (6) 可以在切断滑阀 (5) 中的高压油排到油箱 (3) 后只需顶住弹簧力作用。

仅在卸荷阀 (9) 弹簧侧的弹力作用下,制动器先导泵 (8) 的管路油流移动卸荷阀 (9) 。 然后泵油流经卸荷阀 (9) 流到先导回路。

单向阀 (11) 泵侧的较低压力使单向阀落座,防止蓄能器排放。

蓄能器充注阀的切断压力可使用切断压力调整螺钉进行调整。

踩下制动器踏板时,控制元件移动启动阀 (13) ,打开蓄能器到前制动器和后制动器的油道。 先应用后制动器。

从蓄能器到制动器的油流与制动器踏板的运动成比例。

制动器阀打开时,制动器阀用作可变减压阀。 下游压力会随制动器踏板运动改变。

梭阀 (12) 会落在左侧,或梭阀 (12) 会落在右侧。 梭阀 (12) 的落座方向取决于具有最高充注压力的蓄能器。

应用各制动器后,蓄能器中的充注压力降低。

制动器蓄能器压力降到指定接入压力以下时,接入滑阀 (6) 和切断滑阀 (5) 移到左侧。 切断滑阀 (5) 中的内部油道不再向油箱 (3) 打开。 制动器先导泵的油流导向卸荷阀 (9) 的弹簧室。

弹簧和泵油流移动卸荷阀 (9) ,以阻止机油流到先导回路,直到制动器蓄能器完全充注。

制动器蓄能器开始充注。
