Description of Change: An updated fuel tank cap is now available for Caterpillar Products. The updated cap corrects the leaking problem of the previous cap.
Adaptable To: The updated 101-8909 Fuel Tank Filler Cap Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 101-8909 Fuel Tank Filler Cap Assembly .
The part number and the change level is stamped on the updated 101-8909 Fuel Tank Filler Cap Assembly. Refer to Illustration 1.
Note: The updated cap has a change level of 07.
