钥匙起动开关处于接通位置时,蓄电池通过断路器 #9 向动力传动系 ECM,并通过断路器 #1 向 Caterpillar 监控系统 ECM 提供 24 伏电源。 还通过断路器 #10 向停车制动器控制模块以及通过断路器 #2 向停车制动器继电器提供 24 伏电源。

(11) 停车制动器继电器

将停车制动器开关 (1) 移到接通位置时,从停车制动器控制模块 (2) 到停车制动器电磁阀 #1 (5) 和停车制动器电磁阀 #2 (6) 的 24 伏电源将中断。 车轮制动器中的高压机油将会流回液压油箱,停车制动器将会接合。 在此情况下,停车制动器油压开关(ETC) (4) 向动力传动系 ECM (7) 发送信号。 动力传动系 ECM 通过 CAT 数据链路向 Caterpillar 监控系统 ECM (8) 发送信号。 Caterpillar 监控系统 ECM 点亮停车制动器报警指示灯 (9) 。

当钥匙起动开关处于接通位置,且停车制动器开关处于断开位置时,必须循环转动停车制动器开关,以便使停车制动器分离。

制动系统中的油压降低后,制动器应用 (10) 的制动蓄能器油压开关触点将会断开。 停车制动器继电器将断电,并且向停车制动器控制模块发送信号。 停车制动器控制模块使停车制动器电磁阀断电。 这将使停车制动器接合。

变速箱系统中的油压降低后,制动器应用 (3) 的变速箱油压开关触点将断开。 停车制动器继电器将断电,并且向停车制动器控制模块发送信号。 停车制动器控制模块使停车制动器电磁阀断电。 这将使停车制动器接合。

将停车制动器开关移到断开位置时,通过从停车制动器控制模块供电启动停车制动器电磁阀。 这将会使高压机油流向车轮制动器,以便分离停车制动器。 停车制动器警报指示灯将会熄灭。
