Usage:
Start By:
a. remove fan drive
1. Remove bolt and hose clip (1).
2. Remove nut and washer (2).
3. If necessary, remove four studs (6) with Tool (A).
4. If necessary, remove three bolts and cover (5).
5. Remove nut (7).
6. Remove ten bolts (3) and cover (4).
7. Remove gasket (9).
8. If necessary, remove stud (8) with Tool (A).
9. If necessary, remove five nuts (10), cover (11) and the gasket.
10. If necessary, remove five studs (12) with Tool (A).
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the front housing cover.
11. If removed, install five studs (12) with Tool (A).
12. Install the gasket, cover (11), and five nuts (10). Tighten five nuts (10) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (15 ± 2 lb ft).
13. If removed, apply 4C-4032 Thread Sealant to the threads of stud (8) and install with Tool (A).
14. Install gasket (9).
15. If removed, install four studs (6) with Tool (A).
16. Install cover (4).
17. Install nut (7) and ten bolts (3).
18. If removed, install the gasket and cover (5).
19. Install nut and washer (2).
20. Install bolt and hose clip (1).
