Pedal Must Be Modified When Replacing the Valve Group {3272}

The 7U-9998 Valve Group has been cancelled and replaced by the 216-8463 Valve Group. The valve group is a part of the Differential Lock Control System on the D300D machines.
The new part will not directly replace the former part. The existing pedal must be modified for installation. A flat steel bar needs to be welded to the pedal.

The steel bar should be made from a piece of flat steel. The piece should be 20 mm (0.79 inch) wide, 10 mm (0.39 inch) thick and 66 mm (2.6 inch) long.

(A) 37.5 ± 1 mm (1.48 ± 0.04 inch)
(B) 21 mm (0.83 inch)
Note: Weld the steel bar to the pedal with a 3 fillet weld as needed.
