150-7745 High Pressure Washer Group

The 150-7745 High Pressure Washer Group is available through normal ordering channels. The 150-7745 High Pressure Washer Group was designed specifically to thoroughly clean Off-Highway Truck final drive and axle housings. Using 150-7745 High Pressure Washer Group can effectively decrease warranty and repair costs associated with contaminated final drives or axle housings.

150-7745 High Pressure Washer Features

1. Gasoline engine powered pump provides 4000 psi, 4 gpm cleaning power regardless of local voltage (self contained 12 volt battery/starter/alternator is standard).

2. Built-in Diesel fuel fired heater provides hot water for maximum cleaning efficiency (can also burn kerosene or fuel oil).

3. Trailer mounted 300 gallon water tank with 2 built-in filters increase pump life. Completely independent operation or built-in connection allows alternate hookup direct to local water supply. Trailer mounted tool boxes contain all pressure sprayer attachments and a stock of the most often needed repair parts.

4. Built-in valves allow compressed air blowdown to purge pump, heater and lines to prevent damage from freezing.

5. Heavy duty wand with 3 foot extensions give access to deepest areas of the final drive. The unit has a battery operated sprayer for applying pre-wash degreasing soap to loosen/dissolve cooked on oil film. The unit has a built-in soap injector for the high pressure washer. The soap container is mounted inside the tool box to resist dirt contamination of soap and has an easy to use On/Off soap valve.

6. Right angle turbo head automatically balances sideways pressure forces for easy maneuvering while cleaning inside walls of rear axle housing. Straight turbo head for intense cleaning force to remove stubborn cooked on particles.
