Usage:
start by:
a) remove fuel priming pump
1. Disconnect fuel lines (1), (2) and (3).
2. Remove fuel filter (4) from the fuel filter base with tool (A).
3. Remove two nuts (5) and fuel filter base (6) from the inlet manifold.
Install Fuel Filter Base
1. Put fuel filter base (1) in position on the studs in the inlet manifold. Install the two nuts that hold it to the inlet manifold.
2. Install fuel filter (2) to the fuel filter base. Follow the instructions on the filter for correct installation procedure.
3. Connect fuel lines (3), (4) and (5) to the fuel filter base.
4. Remove the air from the fuel system. See PRIMING THE FUEL SYSTEM in LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
NOTE: Install the fuel priming pump before Step 4 is done.
