  1. Remove retaining rings (1) . Remove plate (2) . Remove retaining rings (4) . Remove link assembly (5) . Remove plate (3) .

  1. Repeat for opposite side of the loader.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install link assembly (5) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Install shims as required, to obtain a maximum total clearance of 1.0 ± 0.5 N·m (9 ± 4 lb in).

  1. Remove the tilt cylinders.

  1. Remove the quick coupler.

  1. Place Tooling (A) under the rear of the machine, as shown.

  1. Install Tooling (B) under the loader frame.

  1. Remove pin (5) and the washers. Note the location of washers in order to aid in installation. Lower lift cylinder (7) . Disconnect harness assembly (1) .

  1. Disconnect hose assembly (6) . Repeat for the other side.

  1. Remove link assembly (2) . Attach a suitable lifting device to loader assembly (3) . The weight of loader assembly (3) is approximately 408 kg (900 lb). Remove pin (4) . Remove loader assembly (3) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Install loader assembly (3) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Refer to Loader Arrangement Specifications section for the correct shimming procedure.
