Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

1. Lower the bucket onto a flat, level surface.

2. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (1). Remove pin (2). Disconnect link assembly (3).

3. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (4). Remove pin (5). Disconnect tilt cylinder (6).

4. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (8). Remove pin (9) in order to disconnect lift arm (7) from bucket (10).

5. Repeat Step 4 for the other lift arm.

6. Move the machine away from bucket (10).

7. The weight of the bucket is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Move the machine in order to align with the bucket.

2. Place the bucket in position. The weight of the bucket is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).

3. Align lift arm (7) with bucket (10). Install pin (9).

4. Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (8).

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the other lift arm.

6. Align tilt cylinder (6) with the bucket . Install pin (5).

7. Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (4).

8. Align link assembly (3) with the bucket . Install pin (2).
