Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to heat exchanger (3). The weight of the heat exchanger is approximately
86 kg (190 lb) . - Position heat exchanger (3) on the engine and install bolts (13).

- Connect hose (10).

- Connect hose assembly (6) to heat exchanger (3).

- Refill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
