Correction to Specifications Manual SENR9404 {4153}

The torque for the pivot shaft retainer bolts is incorrect. Replace callout (5) on page 23 with the following torque.
(5) Torque for bolts in the end of the shaft ... 1150 ± 25 N·m (848 ± 18 lb ft)
