Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Install O-ring seal (24) on water pump (25). Install water pump (25) .

2. Install two bolts (23) .

3. Install two bolts (22) and the washers.

4. Connect electrical connection (19). Install clamps (20) and hose (21) in the tube assembly .

5. Install tube assembly (17) with four bolts (18) .

6. Install hose (15). Install clamps (16) .

7. Install hose (13) and clamp (14). Tighten clamp (14) .

8. Install the bottom of the tube assembly. Install the top of tube assembly (11). Install clamp (12). Tighten clamp (12) .

9. Install bolt (9) and the washer on tube assembly (10) .

10. Install hose (6), clamp (7), and clamp (8) in tube assembly (5) .

11. Install hose (1) and clamp (2). Tighten clamp (2). Install hose (3) and clamp (4). Tighten clamp (4) .

End By: Install the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraluic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
