(1) Plug

Apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring for the plug prior to assembly.

Torque for plug ... 130 ± 30 N·m (96 ± 22 lb ft)

(2) Plug

Apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring for the plug prior to assembly.

Torque for plug ... 130 ± 30 N·m (96 ± 22 lb ft)

(3) Plug

Apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring for the plug prior to assembly.

Torque for plug ... 55 ± 7 N·m (41 ± 5 lb ft)

(4) O-ring

Apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring prior to assembly.

(5) Gasket joint

Prior to assembly, apply 4C-9614 Silicone Sealant on all gasket sealing surfaces.

(6) Plug

Torque for plug ... 55 ± 7 N·m (41 ± 5 lb ft)

(7) Plug

Apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring for the plug prior to assembly.

Torque for plug ... 130 ± 30 N·m (96 ± 22 lb ft)

(8) O-ring

Apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring prior to assembly.
