- 拆卸推料器铲刀底板滚轮。 请参阅拆解和组装, "推料器铲刀底板滚轮 - 拆卸"。
注: 清洁度是一项重要的因素。 拆卸步骤开始之前，应彻底清洁部件外部。 这有助于防止尘土进入内部结构。
注: 下列步骤用于拆卸四个推料器铲刀倾侧滚轮的其中一个。 采用同样的步骤拆卸其余三个推料器铲刀倾侧滚轮。
- 将推料器铲刀降到卡车车斗底板上。
- 松开外锁环 (2) 的螺栓 (1) 。 记下外锁环 (2) 上的螺纹孔位置。
注: 垫圈与三个螺栓 (1) 一同安装。 垫圈表明用于下一步的外锁环上的螺纹孔位置。
