- 从机器上拆下散热器。 请参阅拆解和组装, "散热器 - 拆卸"。
注: 清洁度是一项重要的因素。 拆解步骤开始之前，应彻底清洁部件外部。 这有助于防止尘土进入内部结构。
- 将散热器组件垂直放置在台架中。
- 将工具 (A) 、举倾机构和适当的起吊设备连接至水箱顶部。 水箱的重量约为 44 kg (97 lb)。
- 拆下固定顶部散热器水箱的螺栓 (1) 。

- 拆下密封垫材料。
- 拆下固定底部散热器水箱的螺栓。
- 拆下底散热器水箱。
- 拆下散热器芯。
