1. Place the housing assembly in a press, as shown. Press bearing (22) into the housing assembly.

2. Install one retaining ring (20) on shaft (16). Install two rings (21) and bearing (19) on shaft (16). Install one retaining ring (20) on shaft (16).

3. Connect seals (17) and rings (18).

4. Place the housing assembly in a press, as shown. Press shaft (16) into the housing assembly.

5. Install retaining ring (15).

6. Install swashplate (14) in the housing assembly.

7. Install rotator assembly (13) in the housing assembly.

8. Place cover assembly (2) in a press, as shown. Install bearing (12) in cover assembly (2).

9. Install plunger (8) and spring (9). Install O-ring seal (10) on plug (11). Install plug (11).

10. Install O-ring seal (7) on plug (6). Install plug (6).

11. Install two pins (4) and install brass plate (5).

12. Install O-ring seal (3) on cover assembly (2).

13. Install cover assembly (2) and install six bolts (1). The torque for bolts (1) is 22 ± 2 N·m (195 ± 20 lb in).

End By:

1. Install the fan and the piston motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Piston Motor (Hydraulic Fan) - Install".
