Bank valve for the mechanically operated backhoe (1) Solenoid valve for the side shift lock circuit (If Equipped), (2) Oil outlet cover,, (3) Control valve for the extendable stick (If Equipped), (4) Stick control valve, (5) Bucket control valve, (6) Swing control valve, (7) Boom control valve, (8) Work tool control valve (If Equipped), (9) Inlet cover and (10) Solenoid valve for the hydraulic system lock (If Equipped) |
The ports for the valves face the rear of the machine.
The bank valves (backhoe control) are located below the floorplate at the rear of the operator station. The valves are mounted on the rear frame.
The machine can be equipped with four bank, five bank, or six bank valves.
Standard equipment includes the following items: inlet cover (9), stick control valve (4), bucket control valve (5), swing control valve (6), boom control valve (7) and outlet cover (2) .
An optional extendable stick is available. If this option is installed on the machine, extendable stick control valve (3) is also a part of the bank valves (backhoe control). Various optional auxiliary circuits are available. If one of these options is installed on the machine, auxiliary control valve (8) is also a part of the bank valves (backhoe control). A side shift machine is available. The sideshift slide lock solenoid (1) is located in the oil outlet cover (2) .
Linkage rods connect all valve sections to the operator control levers. All sections of the control valve are the type that has a closed centered position.
Hydraulic System Lock (If Equipped)
When the machine is off or the switch for the lock valve is engaged, the power is blocked to the solenoid (10) and the valve is spring applied. In the locked position, the solenoid blocks the supply oil to the bank valve. In the unlock position, power is sent to the solenoid (10). This allows oil to flow to the bank valve.
