NOTICE |
---|
The pins and screws that mount the saw bar are designed to break during an overload. This will save expensive parts from breaking. If the pins or screws are broken, replace them with the original parts. Do not use stronger pins or stronger screws that will not break as easily. |

Drive broken pins out of the attachment from the bottom side. Use a round punch in order to drive out the broken pins.
Broken screws can be removed from the back side of the attachment by using an allen wrench.
New pins should be installed from the top of the attachment for the saw bar. Install the pins so that no part of the pin is protruding from the bottom side of the attachment for the saw bar. The pins should be installed so that 16 mm (0.630 inch) (B) extends from the attachment for the saw bar. Install the pins so that the chamfered end of the pin is extended.
The screws should be installed so that 30 mm (1.18 inch) (A) extends from the attachment for the saw bar. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the screws.
