(1) Apply 1U-8846 Sealant to both sides of the gasket.

(2) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the bolts.

(3) Maximum torque for two nuts ... 10 N·m (7.4 lb ft)

(4) Torque for drain plug ... 70 ± 15 N·m (51 ± 11 lb ft)
