Vibratory Support Oil - Change

The vibratory drive gearbox is located on the right side of the drum.
- Remove the drain plug (3). Drain the oil into a suitable container.
Note: Dispose of the used oil in a proper manner.

- Clean the drain plug (3) and install the drain plug.
- Remove the oil level check plug (2) .
- Remove the oil filler plug (1) .
- Add the oil through the oil filler plug hole (1). Add the oil until the oil reaches the bottom of the opening for the oil level check plug.
- Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities".
- Clean the oil level check plug and install the oil level check plug. Clean the filler plug and install the filler plug.
