Manifold (Hoist) - Disassemble

Usage:

785C 1HW

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the hoist pump manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Manifold (Hoist) - Remove".

    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

  1. Position the hoist pump manifold onto a suitable work bench, as shown.

  2. Remove plug (2) and the O-ring seal from manifold (1).

  3. Remove plug (8) and the O-ring seal from manifold (1).

    ------ WARNING! ------

    Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.

    Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.

    Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.


  4. Remove filter bypass switch (3) from manifold (1).

  5. Remove O-ring seal (4) from filter bypass switch (3).

  6. Remove piston (5), shims (6), and spring (7) from manifold (1).
