(1) Lubricate the threads with clean grease. Torque for the head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (440 ± 95 lb ft)
(2) Lubricate the sealing lips with a minimal amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
Stick Cylinder Drift
The maximum permissible stick cylinder drift per minute is 3 mm (.1 inch) at the following conditions:
- Oil temperature ... 38 to 54°C (100 to 129°F)
- Supply pressure ... 28000 kPa (4000 psi)
