Check Valve (Air Tank) - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Install ring (3) in valve body (2) .

- Install seat (4) .
- Install ring (5) .
- Install valve (6) .
Note: After assembly, valve (6) must move freely. Use a small rod in order to be certain that the check valve is working properly.
- Install spring (7) .
- Install cap (8) in valve body (2) .
End By: Install the check valve (parking and secondary brake air tank) or the check valve (starting and service brake air tank). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Check Valve (Parking and Secondary Brake Air Tank) - Remove and Install" or to Disassembly and Assembly, "Check Valve (Starting and Service Brake Air Tank) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
