Installation Procedure

Prevent the contamination of the power train when the hose assemblies and the components are removed from the machine. The contamination of the power train with foreign material will reduce the service life of the components. |
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.
Note: When you are installing O-ring seals, lubricate the O-ring seals with the fluid that is being sealed.
- Install four bolts (14) and steering hand metering unit (11) on mounting bracket (12) .

- Install steering hand metering unit (11), four washers, and four bolts (13) with mounting bracket (12) as an assembly.
- Install four spacers (2), eight washers, and four bolts (1) .

- Install O-ring seal (6), connector (5), and O-ring seal (4). Connect tube assembly (3) .
- Repeat Step 4 for tube assemblies (7), (8), (9), and (10) .
End By: Install the front plate for the cab compartment. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Plate (Cab Front) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
