Transmission Lubrication
All the clutches in the transmission, all the gears in the transmission, and all the bearings in the transmission are lubricated by pressure oil. After the oil has been cooled by the oil cooler, the oil flows to the transmission case. The oil flows through internal passages in the transmission case to a passage in each transmission clutch shaft. Oil flows through cross-drilled holes to the bearings, to the clutches, and to the gears.
