PROBLEM
The rear suspension link bearings can fail on certain 793F Off-Highway Trucks. Under certain conditions, the link can ride in the oscillated position allowing dirt ingress past the seal, grease passage plugging and contact between the bearing and pin and cause the bearing to fail. If the link bearing fails, it can also cause other resultant damage. |
