PROBLEM
The existing G610 Display can sometimes go dark on certain displays manufactured from 09Apr2015 to 15Apr2015. If the existing G610 Display fails the monitor works OK if it has been turned off for a prolonged period of time and then powered up again. The monitor has issues when it is turned off using the power switch and then back on within a couple of minutes. The monitor becomes dark (unable to see what is displayed). |
