Description of Change: Improved idlers are now available for the above machines and improved rollers are available for D11R and D11RCD machines. The new idlers and rollers use a symmetrical Duo-Cone seal design for improved performance in conditions where mud, ice, and debris may cause the inverted seal design to leak. The new Duo-Cone seals use an improved rubber which remains flexible over a wider temperature range.

Adaptable To: The new idlers (and rollers on D11R and D11RCD) are effective with D11R (9TR369), D11RCD (9XR170), D10R (3KR1178), D9R (7TL1057, 8BL1352), D8R (7XM3582), and D7R (2HR838, 9HM551, 2EN799, 3DN322, 5KZ16) Track-Type Tractors, 572 (2HZ308) and 583 (2XS440) Pipelayers. New rollers are effective with D9R (7TL1176, 8BL1401) Track-Type Tractors.

The new idlers and rollers are directly interchangeable with the former groups. See the attached parts lists to service new idlers and rollers.
