Usage:
start by:
a) remove valve cover
1. Remove six bolts (1) that hold rocker shaft assembly to the cylinder head.
2. Remove the rocker assembly (2). Remove the push rods (3).
Install Rocker Shaft Assembly And Push Rods (D330C, D333C, 3304 & 33306 Industrial Engines)
1. Install the push rods.
2. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the rocker shaft bolt threads.
3. Put the rocker shaft assembly in position on the cylinder head and install the bolts and washers.

The dowel pins (A) on each end of the rocker shaft assembly must be in alignment with the holes (B) in the cylinder head. If the pins and holes are not in alignment during installation of the rocker shaft assembly damage to the rocker shaft assembly will result. |
SIX CYLINDER ENGINES
4. Tighten bolts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in number order to a torque of 115 lb.ft. (15.9 mkg). Tighten four cylinder engine bolts to same torque and in same order. Tighten the bolts again in number order to a torque of 175 ± 5 lb.ft. (24.2 ± 0.7 mkg). Last, tighten (hand torque only) the bolts again in number order to a torque of 175 ± 5 lb.ft. (24.2 ± 0.7 mkg).
5. Make an adjustment to the inlet valves to get a clearance of .015 in. (0.38 mm) and exhaust valves to get a clearance of .025 in. (0.64 mm).
